Supported by the Department of Health, the initiative will not replace existing networks but harness the collective power of existing PBC resources across the NHS.
Organisations with an interest in PBC including those with existing networks are warmly invited to join the PBC Connection, the role of which is to be agnostic, inclusive and independent.
We will begin by mapping existing resources, the best of which will be made available online, together with the latest policy news, examples of good practice, toolkits and discussion forums. The first of these is a general forum, the aim of which is to identify general and particular needs for support, guidance and collaboration.
If you have access to useful resources that you think would be of wider interest to the PBC community, please submit your nominations here. These can include resources already available online, existing networks, providers of support services, tools developed by PCTs and others, examples of good practice and so on.
